Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a licensed vocational nurse (LVN) to provide direct patient care in a clinic setting under supervision. The LVN will administer medications, perform routine clinical procedures, and assist with patient assessments in San Francisco, CA.

The role requires graduation from an accredited LVN program, current California LVN license, and at least one year of experience with elderly or frail patients.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LVN program.
• Current California LVN license in good standing.
• Minimum one year of experience with elderly or frail population.
• Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.
• Valid CA Driver's license.
• BLS Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Bilingual in Spanish, Cantonese, or other language preferred.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Responsibilities
