Job summary

Avir Health Group is seeking a qualified Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our family in Granbury, Texas. This opportunity covers night shifts (6PM–6AM) and day shifts (6AM–6PM), and welcomes new grads who are eager to grow in long-term care.

You will provide compassionate nursing care, follow state regulations, maintain patient comfort and dignity, and collaborate with a supportive team. Benefits include 401k with match, family health insurance, paid holidays and PTO, and scrubs on wheels.
