Crestwood Behavioral Health is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) at our Fremont campus to provide direct nursing care under physician orders and within the scope of practice. You will supervise non-licensed staff and support clients on their recovery journey in a behavioral health setting.
Must hold a California LVN license, have knowledge of nursing theory, and CPR/First Aid. On-call shifts available; pay range listed reflects CA market standards.

The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) provides direct nursing care to the clients according to physicians’ orders and applicable client care standards, within their scope of practice. The Nurse will provide direction to non-licensed personnel in providing direct client care and operation of the unit.
Crestwood Treatment Center in Fremont is a skilled nursing facility that provides long-term care to individuals diagnosed with an organic brain disease. Residents at this facility typically have a combination of psychiatric and dementia-related behaviors.
