Job summary

Avir Health Group is seeking a qualified Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join AVIR at The Meadow in Dallas, TX. The role provides direct nursing care to residents and supervises day-to-day nursing activities to ensure comfort, dignity and safety.

New grads are welcome. Shifts are 6am-2pm, Monday through Friday. Benefits include family health insurance, 401k with match, PTO, paid holidays, scrubs on wheels, and supportive corporate back‑office resources.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Nurse License.
• CPR certification required.
• IV certification preferred.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of your assigned unit.
• Support growth and development of nursing staff and ensure compliance with care plans.
