Job summary

Muir Home Health in the East Bay seeks an experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our patient‑centered team. The LVN will follow the plan of care and provide treatments under RN supervision.

Responsibilities include implementing the care plan, documenting accurately, collecting assessment data, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team, and using equipment efficiently. Candidates must hold a CA LVN license, CPR and IV certification, 2+ years of direct patient care, and a valid

Pay Range: $35.00 - $50.00/hr

JOB SUMMARY

The Licensed Vocational Nurse is responsible for following the patient’s plan of care and providing treatment under the supervisor of the Registered Nurse.
