Job summary

AVIR Health Group is seeking an LVN to join our family-focused team in Texas. You will provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise day-to-day nursing activities on your unit, ensuring comfort, dignity, and high-quality care.

Shifts run 7PM-7AM with flexible scheduling options. We offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus for full-time nurses, competitive compensation, health insurance for the family, PTO, and company-paid holidays to support your work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas LVN license required.
• CPR certification required.
• IV certification preferred.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations.
