Job summary

vTech Solution is seeking an LVN to provide skilled nursing care in a Skilled Nursing Facility under the supervision of an RN. You will deliver nursing care, perform therapeutic procedures, and may assume charge nurse responsibilities to ensure continuous patient care.

The role requires current LVN licensure in Arkansas, BLS certification, and at least one year of nursing experience, preferably in inpatient or long-term care settings. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

The LVN is responsible for delivering appropriate nursing care, performing therapeutic procedures, and may assume the charge nurse role. This role requires adherence to nursing processes and collaboration with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities: Required Skills & Certifications:

• Current licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience, preferably in inpatient medical-surgical or long-term care settings.
• Ability to perform nursing assessments and therapeutic procedures appropriately.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• Experience in emergency or critical care environments.
• Comfort and proficiency working with ventilators, tracheostomies, and PICC lines.
• Two years or more of direct patient care experience.
