Job summary

Responsibilities

• Administer medications timely and per facility policy.
• Administer treatments timely and per facility policy.
• Transcribe and carry out physician orders as allowed by Nurse Practice Act.
• Conduct rounds with physicians when necessary.
• Educate patients and families.
• Notify other departments of patient changes (room changes, LOA, admits, discharge).
