Job summary

First Place Pediatrics is seeking compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurses to join our in-home pediatric care team in Yucaipa, CA. This LVN role supports high-acuity care with GTUBE/Tracheostomy/Ventilator patients, Monday–Friday, 10am–6pm.

You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide tailored, patient-centered care while building trusting relationships with families. We offer tracheostomy and ventilator care training and robust benefits to support your professional growth.

Qualifications

• Current California LVN license required.
• Valid CPR certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
