Job summary

AVIR Health Group seeks a qualified Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our family, offering a $2,000 sign-on bonus for full-time employment. The LVN will deliver direct nursing care to residents and supervise daily nursing activities on the unit, ensuring compassionate, high-quality care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Active Texas nurse license required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• IV therapy certification preferred.

• Ensure compliance with long-term care regulations and company policies.

Qualifications for Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN):

• Valid Texas Nurse License.
• Valid CPR Certification.
• I.V. Certification preferred
• Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care.
