Job summary

Nazareth Living Care Center in El Paso, TX is seeking an LVN for the night shift (10 PM–6 AM) to join our dedicated team. The role involves providing direct nursing care under RN or physician supervision and delivering care according to each resident's plan of care and orders.

The ideal candidate will hold a Texas LVN license, have long-term care experience, and show leadership and strong organizational skills. Proficiency with computer systems such as Point Click Care and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Texas LVN license required.
• 2 years long-term care experience preferred.
• 6 months rehabilitative/restorative nursing preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficient computer literacy including Outlook and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care under supervision of RN or physician.
• Deliver care per resident plans and physician orders.
• Follow facility policies and nursing guidelines.
• Maintain residents' privacy and report any privacy breaches.
• Make frequent rounds to monitor staff performance and quality of care.
• Oversee nurse aides and coordinate with other nursing home staff.
