Essential Duties

• Provides nursing and supportive care in accordance with the Interdisciplinary Plan of Care, under the direction of the RN.

• Documents all services provided and submits them on appropriate forms. Reports changes in patient condition and needs to the RN.
• Excellent time‑management skills.
