Angels Care Home Health in Texas is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to administer skilled nursing care in clients' homes under the supervision of a registered nurse.

You will coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, patient and family, and referring agency, with opportunities for professional development and career advancement. We offer comprehensive benefits and PTO.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical/vocational nursing program.
• Two years’ LVN experience; home health preferred.
• Current state LVN license and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled nursing care under RN supervision.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and family.
• Communicate with referring agency and update care plans.
