Sevita's NeuroRestorative facility in La Mesa, CA is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse for full-time day shifts. The role includes patient assessments, care planning, and coordination with physicians, nursing staff, and families to support brain injury and medically complex patients.

Shifts are 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM with 12-hour shifts, 4 hours overtime, and full benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k with match, life insurance).

NeuroRestorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans.

Licensed Vocational Nurse

• Full-time DAY shift; 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM


• 12-hour shifts (every shift includes 4 hours of overtime pay)


• Salary Range: $28.00-$31.00 per hour, based on experience


• Blended salary range (8 hours base pay + 4 hours overtime pay): $32.66-$36.17 per hour

Full-time schedule

• Week 1: Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday


• Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday
