Job summary

All Care Home Health Provider has an immediate opening for a California LVN (Licensed Vocational Nurse), full-time or part-time. To provide one-on-one, total patient care to our patients in Arcadia, 91007. Shift: Every other Sunday 11PM - 7AM, or Every Friday & Saturday 11PM - 7AM. Pay is $30–$31 per hour. Start date can be immediate.

Qualifications

• California LVN license required for employment.
• Experience providing one-on-one patient care in home health setting preferred.
• Availability for full-time or part-time scheduling, including night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one total patient care in patients' homes.
• Monitor patient health and report changes to supervising clinician.
• Adhere to care plans and safety protocols during night shifts in Arcadia area.
