Job summary

WESTIN ENTERPRISES INC is looking for a Licensed Vocational Nurse in Carson, California. In this role, you will assist the RN by taking vital signs and providing updates on patients' conditions.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating with the RN to address vital signs outside established parameters and maintaining accurate records of patient care. A current LVN license in California is required, along with excellent interpersonal and client care skills.

Qualifications

Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will who operates under the supervision of the registered nurse and/or the Program Director. You take pride in assisting the RN by taking vital signs of the center participants and in providing the RN with required updates on the participants.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the RN as instructed to ensuring vital signs that fall outside of the established parameters are addressed.
• Monitor patients for side effects or reactions
• Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changes
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the RN.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as LVN is preferred
