Visionworks of America is seeking a Licensed Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead to be the face of our Visionworks stores, ensuring an exceptional journey for every patient. You will be trained in optics, our products and managed vision care, guiding customers to the right eyewear with a bold, human touch.

This full-time role offers a competitive hourly pay range ($20.56 - $30.23) with benefits and ongoing training opportunities to grow in optical sales and customer service.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Current State Opticians License is required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs.
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product knowledge through cont. training to ensure eyewear is right the first time.
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support store financial and customer experience goals including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear to ship.
