The ideal candidate is AVMA-accredited with a state license, possesses strong surgical, nursing, radiology, and lab skills, and has a genuine passion for teamwork and professional development.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AVMA-accredited Veterinary Technician program.
• A current state veterinary technician license in good standing.
• Proficiency in nursing, surgery, dental care, radiology, and lab procedures.
• One year of veterinary experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care including administering treatments, monitoring anesthesia, and performing lab work.
• Lead and mentor the medical team to ensure efficient workflow and professional growth.
• Educate clients on treatments, review medical records, and confidently answer questions.
• Contribute to a positive hospital culture through training and feedback to maintain high standards.
