Job summary

Qualifications

• Active veterinary technician license in Nevada (LVT).
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Strong technical and clinical skills; anesthesia monitoring and dental procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform technician-level tasks such as catheter placement, anesthesia monitoring, radiology, dentals, and lab work.
• Assist in surgical procedures and ensure proper patient prep and recovery.
• Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments.
• Conduct patient assessments and communicate findings to the vet team.
• Provide client education on preventive care, post-op instructions, and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure high patient safety standards.
• Support inventory management and equipment maintenance.
• Help mentor assistants and newer team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment.
