Job summary

Bellevue Veterinary Emergency + Specialty in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Licensed Veterinary Technician for overnight shifts in the Emergency Department. This full-time role supports critical care during 7pm–7am on Thu–Sat and complements daytime operations with high standards for animal welfare.

Qualifications

• WA state Veterinary Technician License in good standing.
• Successful VTNE completion is preferred or required.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in emergency care.

Responsibilities

• Assist veterinarians in the Emergency Department during overnight shifts.
• Monitor hospitalized patients and administer medications as prescribed.
• Perform routine triage, procedure prep, and patient care tasks.
• Document patient status and care plans accurately.

Licensed Veterinary Emergency and Specialty is hiring an LVT for Overnight shifts in the Emergency Department!

(Positions open 7pm to 7am Thurs-Sat 7pm to 7am)

Professional Licenses/Certifications:

• WA state Veterinary Technician License with credential in good standing
• Successful completion of the Veterinary Technician National Examination

SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY

Full-time and part-time positions available

• 12 hour night shift 7pm to 7am Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
• 12 hour day shift 7am to 7pm Sundays and Mondays

Pay Range

Licensed Veterinary Technicians start at $30/hour up to $42/hour based on experience.

EARN EXTRA DIFFERENTIAL PAY! $1.50 shift differential in addition to regular hourly rate of pay for working overnight shifts between the hours of 7pm to 7am. Also, an additional $1.50 shift differential in addition to regular hourly rate of pay for working on Saturday or Sunday.

Supervisory LVT roles between $40-$42/hour.
