Job summary
Shallowford Animal Hospital in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Licensed Veterinary Technician to join a compassionate, AAHA-accredited team dedicated to high-quality medicine. You will provide comprehensive patient care, monitor anesthesia, and support surgical procedures within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an AVMA-accredited Veterinary Technician program.
- Active state veterinary technician license in good standing.
- Proficient in nursing, surgery, dental care, radiology and lab procedures.
- Calm and efficient in fast-paced situations.
- Strong communication and collaborative mindset.
- One year of veterinary experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care, including treatments and anesthesia monitoring.
- Lead and mentor the medical team to maintain efficient workflow.
- Educate clients on treatments and review medical records.
- Contribute to a positive hospital culture through training and feedback.
