Job summary

Alliance Animal Health in Greenville, SC is seeking a licensed veterinary technician to join our busy hospital. You will perform anesthesia, surgery assistance, dental radiography, diagnostics, and nursing care for outpatients and inpatients while delivering compassionate, client-focused service.

You’ll collaborate with doctors and support staff, help with workflow improvements, and have opportunities for leadership, coaching, and continued professional development. Pay ranges $20-$25/hour.

Qualifications

• Licensed SC veterinary technician with active license or license-eligible.
• Experience with anesthesia, surgery, dental radiography, diagnostics, and preventive care.
• Reliable, collaborative, curious, and comfortable in a busy hospital setting.
• Growth-minded with willingness for coaching and leadership opportunities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to animal hazards.

Responsibilities

• Partner with doctors and support staff to deliver veterinary medicine for dogs and cats.
• Perform restraint, patient triage, sample collection, lab work, and medical record documentation.
• Assist with diagnostic imaging, including radiographic positioning and image capture.
• Provide nursing care for outpatient, medical, and hospitalized cases.
• Support surgery through patient prep, anesthesia monitoring, recovery care, and client updates.
• Communicate treatment plans clearly to clients and support teammates with kindness.
• Contribute ideas to improve workflow, patient comfort, team training, and client experience.
• Engage in training and development opportunities to grow in your role.
