VCA Magnolia by the Gulf Animal Hospital in Gulf Shores, Alabama seeks a licensed veterinary technician to join our team full time. The role offers compensation ranging from $20 to $24 per hour based on education, experience, and credentials.

The successful candidate will support doctors and technicians, provide high-quality patient care, and engage clients with education and compassionate service. AL state license is required.

Qualifications

• AL state veterinary technician license required.
• Experience as a veterinary technician preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide compassionate patient care and client education.
• Perform venipuncture and catheter placement as needed.
• Operate radiology equipment and assist with diagnostics.
• Collect and process lab samples; support surgical prep.
• Assist during anesthesia and dentistry procedures.
• Prepare medications and ensure safe patient handling.
• Maintain accurate medical records.
