VCA North Country Animal Hospital in Watertown, NY is seeking a licensed veterinary technician to join our growing practice full time. You will support the veterinary team in exams, anesthesia, dentistry, radiology, and patient care to provide exceptional service to our patients and their families.

Qualifications

• Licensed Veterinary Technician in New York.
• Ability to perform physical examinations, anesthesia monitoring, surgical preparation, and dental procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist veterinarians with physical examinations and patient assessments.
• Monitor anesthesia and assist during surgeries.
• Perform lab work, radiology, venipuncture, catheter placement, and pharmacy duties.
• Provide compassionate care to hospitalized animals.
