Job summary

Mission Pet Health seeks a Credentialed Veterinary Technician to join our Missouri City, TX hospital. You will deliver high-quality patient care, monitor anesthesia, and perform diagnostic lab work within a supportive, AAHA-belief environment.

You will mentor teammates, educate pet owners on treatments, and help maintain our rigorous standards while growing your clinical skills through ongoing education and AVMA‑accredited programs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AVMA-accredited Veterinary Technician program.
• A current state veterinary technician license in good standing.
• Proficiency in nursing, surgery, dental care, radiology, and laboratory procedures.
• A calm and efficient approach, especially in fast-paced or stressful situations.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for working collaboratively.
• One year of experience in the veterinary industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care, including administering treatments, monitoring anesthesia, and performing lab work.
• Lead and mentor the medical team to ensure efficient workflow and growth.

Your Impact as a Credentialed Veterinary Technician
