Job summary

AmeriVet Partners Management, Inc. is hiring a Licensed Veterinary Technician to join the team at Kenai Veterinary Hospital in Kenai, Alaska. This full-time position offers relocation assistance for qualified candidates and requires an LVT license in Alaska or eligibility to acquire one within three months of hire.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) in Alaska or eligible for state license transfer.
  • 3+ years of veterinary clinical experience as a veterinary technician or assistant.
  • Ability to perform nursing care in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care and medical treatment.
  • Participate in on-call services for the region.
  • Mentor and train other associates in veterinary standards.

We are currently looking to hire a **Licensed Veterinary Technician**to join our team at **Kenai Veterinary Hospital** in Kenai, Alaska.**Relocation Assistance Available for Qualified Candidates!*** **Salary:** $23.00 – 25.00 per hour, depending on experience, education, certifications, licensure, and location.* **Schedule:** Full-time, five 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday. Closed on weekends and major holidays.* **On-Call Services:** Participation in on-call service for region. Pay of $25 per day on average 3 days per month.
