Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a highly motivated and compassionate Veterinary Technician, located in Columbia, SC. The Veterinary Technician will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our patients and supporting our veterinarians and specialists. Responsibilities include assisting in examinations, treatments, and surgical procedures, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, providing compassionate patient care, and maintaining accurate medical records. This role requires a team player with a strong work ethic and a passion for animal welfare.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 10-12 hour shifts

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Veterinary Emergency Experience: 1 year (Required)
• Veterinary Technician Emergency Experience: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification (Required):

• Certification as a Veterinary Technician (CVT, LVT, RVT) or equivalent experience.
