Job summary

Maple Lake Veterinary Clinic is seeking a Licensed Veterinary Technician or Experienced Veterinary Assistant to join our busy small animal practice in Maple Lake, Minnesota. This full-time position offers a four-day work week with no nights or holiday hours, and a competitive hourly wage of $20–$26, depending on experience.

You will work closely with a supportive team to provide compassionate nursing care from intake through discharge, assist veterinarians during examinations and procedures, and

Qualifications

• A current Licensed Veterinary Technician license or substantial hands-on Veterinary Assistant experience.
• Strong clinical nursing skills and ability to assist veterinarians during exams and procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care from intake through discharge.
• Assist veterinarians during examinations, treatments, and procedures.
• Prepare and administer medications, vaccines, and treatments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and client communication.
• Help ensure a clean, organized treatment area.
