Job summary

AcutePet Urgent Care in Grove City, OH is seeking licensed veterinary technicians to practice at the top of their license in a fast-paced urgent care setting. You’ll place IVs, monitor anesthesia, perform diagnostics, assist with procedures, and deliver compassionate patient care with autonomy.

Qualifications

• Active veterinary technician license required by Ohio
• Experience in urgent care preferred but not required
• Confidence with IV catheter placement, diagnostics, anesthesia monitoring, and triage
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Calm, positive demeanor and teamwork orientation
• Evening or weekend availability as needed

Responsibilities

• Place IVs and assist with procedures
• Run diagnostics and monitor anesthesia
• Provide direct, hands-on patient care in a fast-paced urgent care setting
• Support high-quality medicine with clear communication and confidence
