Job summary

The Eighteenth Judicial Circuit seeks a Licensed Treatment Court Coordinator to provide clinical and administrative support for the Problem-Solving Court Programs. You will serve as a liaison among participants, treatment providers, community agencies, and the court team to ensure access to evidence-based behavioral health and recovery services.

Responsibilities include conducting clinical screenings and initial diagnostic assessments, coordinating referrals, monitoring engagement and progress,

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral health required.
• Licensed or license eligible in mental health counseling required.
• Three or more years of experience in substance use disorder treatment or related fields required.
• Experience with justice-involved populations preferred.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and confidentiality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative support to Problem-Solving Court Programs.
• Conduct clinical screenings and initial diagnostic assessment.
• Coordinate referrals to treatment and community resources.
• Monitor participant engagement and treatment progress.
• Participate in staffing meetings and provide clinical consultation.
• Support development and implementation of individualized treatment and recovery plans.
• Maintain documentation and assist with data collection and reporting requirements.
• Manage grants and prepare statistical and financial reports.
• Promote evidence-based practices and foster community partnerships.
• Educate the public and stakeholders about treatment court operations.
