Job summary

Center for Resiliency LLC is seeking a licensed psychologist or LCSW to provide trauma-focused psychotherapy in our Montvale, NJ clinic. The role focuses on patient care with strong administrative support, including marketing, billing, and scheduling handled by CFR.

We offer a warm, supportive private practice environment with EHR systems, paid PTO, and opportunities for supervision and CEU training. Flexible part-time or full-time hours with in-person sessions required at our Montvale location.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be licensed as a psychologist or LCSW in NY and/or NJ.
• Minimum two years of direct outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with children, adolescents, and parents a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based trauma psychotherapy to individuals ages 6–adulthood.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and records.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and supervision as required.
