Thriveworks in Germantown, MD, is hiring independently licensed clinicians for a hybrid schedule of telehealth and in‑person sessions. You’ll maintain a full caseload with 7:00–22:00 ET availability seven days a week, while Thriveworks handles credentialing, billing, scheduling, and training so you can focus on care. Expect supportive peers and ongoing professional development across a large nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in Maryland (LCPC, LCMFT, LCSW-C, PhD).
• Available for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of weekly availability.
• Open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.
• Comfortable using telehealth and clinical technology.
