Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians in Washington. As a 1099 contractor, you will set your own schedule and provide telehealth sessions to clients, with payments every two weeks and no-show/late cancellation protections from Rula.

Rula handles billing, claims, EHR, and administrative tasks while you focus on sessions and notes. Licensure in WA (LMFT/LICSW/LMHC) and a valid NPI are required, with telehealth capability.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Valid NPI
• Must be licensed in Washington
• Must be able to provide telehealth

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth sessions as LMFT/LICSW/LMHC to clients in Washington
• Complete sessions and notes; manage EHR; billing and claims handled by Rula
• Operate as a 1099 contractor with flexible scheduling and provider calendar autonomy
• Collaborate with Rula team to ensure seamless referrals and client care
