Job summary

Wellity Health in Burlingame, CA seeks a full-time Licensed Therapist for a hybrid schedule, combining 2-3 days at the Burlingame office with remote days. The role carries a structured 36- or 40-hour clinical schedule with 31-35 weekly sessions, supervision, and a collaborative clinical team.

You will provide 1:1 therapy to children, adolescents and adults, develop treatment plans, document in our EHR, and work with psychiatry and care teams while maintaining compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Licensed CA therapist (LMFT/LPCC/LCSW) required.
• Master’s degree in Social Work, MFT, or Counseling.
• Experience with CBT/DBT; trauma-informed care; EMDR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy for children, adolescents, and adults.
• Manage 31-35 weekly sessions with a structured schedule.
• Develop and monitor treatment plans and clinical documentation.
• Participate in weekly supervision and team consultations.
• Collaborate with psychiatry providers and care teams.
• Maintain timely and compliant documentation in the EHR system.
