Georgetown Behavioral Health Institute is seeking a Licensed Therapist to provide therapy services in our outpatient department. You will work as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team, delivering group and individual therapy to adults, adolescents, or children with emotional or substance use concerns.
Responsibilities include developing treatment plans with the team, applying Cognitive Behavioral Theory, and contributing to discharge planning.
We are searching for Licensed Therapist to provide therapy services and other support services for our mental health patients in our outpatient department. Serving as a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team, the Clinician will provide therapeutic group and individual services to adult, adolescent or child patients under GBHI care for emotional or substance abuse problems.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Provides therapy in a group and individual setting
Develops and implements therapeutic treatment plans in concert with the interdisciplinary treatment team.
Demonstrates sound application of Cognitive Behavioral Theory and methodology
Contributes effectively to discharge planning.
Plans and prepares for activities.
Maintains the confidentiality of sensitive information
