Job summary

Brentwood Behavioral Healthcare in Flowood, MS is seeking a licensed therapist for our outpatient department to treat adults, children and adolescents. This full-time role requires a Mississippi license (LCSW/LMSW/LPC) and at least two years of psychiatric experience.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–7:30 PM, with a supportive leadership team and opportunities for professional development within UHS.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required and Mississippi license as LCSW, LMSW or LPC.
• Minimum two years’ experience in a psychiatric setting.
• Licensed therapist in Mississippi.

Responsibilities

• Provide licensed therapy in outpatient department for patients across ages.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Document progress and coordinate care with families and providers.

Brentwood Behavioral Healthcare is a 133-bed acute psychiatric care facility located in Flowood, Mississippi. We are accredited by the Joint Commission of Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations and certified by Medicare, Medicaid and TRICARE®. We provide psychiatric treatment for depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, schizophrenia, phobia and more. Qualifications

Minimum: Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university; a current Mississippi license as a LCSW, LMSW, or LPC; and two years’ experience in an psychiatric setting.

Preferred: LMSW and four years experience in a psychiatric setting
