The Harris Center for Mental Health and IDD in Houston, TX is seeking a Licensed Therapist (LPHA) at our CRU location. You will conduct independent assessments and interventions based on treatment plans and consumer needs, with potential travel to homes or field sites.
This role requires a Master’s degree and Texas licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT, plus 1–2 years of post-Masters clinical experience. Strong crisis intervention, diagnostic, and communication skills are essential.
