Job summary

Titan Placement Group is seeking a Licensed Therapist (LCPC or LCSW) for an outpatient role in Canton, Illinois. You will provide evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, and other behavioral health concerns.

You will join a collaborative multidisciplinary team in a patient-centered environment with a predictable schedule and no weekend calls. The role offers a competitive base salary and a SmartCare Streamline EMR implementation.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois LCPC or LCSW license.
• Outpatient therapy across lifespan (children, adolescents, adults).
• Experience treating depression, anxiety, trauma, and related conditions.

Licensed Therapist (LCPC or LCSW)

We’re hiring a Licensed Therapist who wants meaningful patient relationships, outstanding work-life balance, and the opportunity to make a real difference in behavioral health.

You’ll step into an outpatient role providing evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, and other behavioral health concerns. You’ll work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $65,166-$80,787
