Job summary

LifeStance Health is hiring licensed therapists in Virginia (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) to provide evidence-based mental healthcare in a flexible setting. Roles include adult and/or child/adolescent therapy with telehealth options using Doxy and VSee, plus MS 365/Teams collaboration.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed in Virginia (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT)
• Experience with adults and/or children/adolescents

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and/or group therapy to assigned caseload
• Develop treatment plans and monitor progress

Licensed Therapists are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking:

• Experienced in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations
• Proficient in EHR software, telehealth platforms Doxy & VSee and utilizing Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams
