Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking licensed therapists in Virginia (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) to join our clinical team. We offer a sign-on bonus, annual bonuses up to 8,000, and full-time W-2 positions with flexible scheduling and a hybrid work model (minimum three days in-office).

Therapists will work with adult and/or child/adolescent populations, utilize EHR and telehealth platforms, and benefit from a strong administrative support system and comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Virginia as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• Experience providing therapy to adults and/or children/adolescents.
• Proficient with EHR systems and telehealth platforms (Doxy, VSee).

Responsibilities

• Provide individual or group therapy to clients.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary clinical team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and scheduling in EHR.
• Deliver care with a patient-centered, evidence-based approach.
