As a Therapist in our Eagle River clinic, you will work with adult patients only, supporting individuals navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, and life stressors, many of whom are seeking care after other treatments have not been effective.
You’ll be supported by psychiatric providers, administrative staff, and leadership who are committed to helping you develop as a clinician, while maintaining a healthy work/ life balance.
We don’t just value our team, we actively invest in your growth as a clinician and professional.
We are a team that values collaboration, accountability, and genuine care, for both our patients and each other. We believe great care starts with supporting our clinicians, especially those early in their careers, by creating an environment where you can learn, grow, and do meaningful work without burnout.
