Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania LCSW or LPC license.
• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Mental health or substance use treatment experience.
• Strong clinical documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy
• Complete assessments and individualized treatment plans
• Maintain timely clinical documentation
• Coordinate care with families, providers, and community resources
• Participate in meetings, training, and clinical supervision
