LifeStance Health in the United States is seeking Licensed Therapists in Indiana to support the launch of our new South Bend office. This hybrid role combines telemedicine and in-person care with flexible scheduling.

Fully licensed LCSW, LMHC or LMFT in Indiana is required, with experience serving adults and/or children/adolescents. Compensation is competitive, up to $84,000–$107,000 per year, plus an annual cash bonus, sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits.

Licensed Therapists are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking Licensed Therapists that are:

• Fully licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the State of Indiana.
• Experienced in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations.
• This is a Hybrid Role.
