LifeStance Health seeks Licensed Therapists in the Mishawaka, IN area to provide high-quality mental health care in a hybrid model. This role offers flexible scheduling, a production-based compensation structure up to $84,000–$107,000 per year with no cap, and a sign-on bonus.

Outpatient only, with modern offices and generous benefits. The position supports adult and/or child/adolescent populations, with full licensure in Indiana.

Licensed Therapists are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking Licensed Therapists that are:

• Fully licensed as an LCSW, LMHC or LMFT in the State of Indiana. We are not able to accommodate dependently licensed clinicians at this time.
• Experienced in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations.
• This is a Hybrid Role.
