Job summary

LifeStance Health in Greenwood, IN is seeking Licensed Therapists to provide outpatient mental health services in a hybrid model combining telemedicine and in-person care. You will work with adults and/or children/adolescents, delivering evidenced-based therapy and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed as LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Indiana.
• Experience with adult and/or child/adolescent populations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinical team to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain documentation and HIPAA compliance for all sessions.

Licensed Therapists are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking Licensed Therapists that are:

• Fully licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the State of Indiana.
• We are not able to accommodate dependently licensed clinicians at this time.
• Experienced in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations.
• This is a Hybrid Role.
