CBT Counseling of North Carolina, part of the Optum family of businesses, seeks a Licensed Clinical Therapist (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT) to join our Chapel Hill team. You will assess, treat, and monitor diverse mental health needs while ensuring compliant documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field.
• Clear, active and unrestricted license (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT) in North Carolina.
• Preferred: 2+ years post-master's experience in behavioral health.

• Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance use disorders.
• Provide treatment using CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based methods.
• Track treatment response and monitor clinical symptoms and side effects.
• Maintain EMR accuracy and regulatory compliant documentation.
• Support online marketing by providing patient profiles for directories.
