Job summary

Walgren Counseling PLLC is seeking licensed therapists to join a flexible, contractor-based practice in North Carolina. You’ll provide therapy with autonomy while our team handles billing, credentialing, and client communications.

We support hybrid or remote work so clinicians can balance caseloads with personal commitments. We offer a flexible clinical schedule, independence in choosing your hours, and full admin support to keep you focused on therapy.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a mental health field (Required).
• Current NC Clinical License (Full or Associate).
• 3+ years of clinical experience (preferred).
• Strong time management and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to clients in North Carolina as licensed clinician.
• Maintain thorough documentation and coordinate billing with admin support.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and peers to ensure quality care and paneling.

Pay: $47.00 – $61.00 per clinical hour

Earning Potential: $1,750+ per week (Flexible Caseload)

Status: 1099 Contractor (Full Admin & Clinical Support)
