About the Role

We’re seeking a licensed therapist (LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT) licensed in Texas to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will provide individual therapy to adults, teens, or young adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges. You’ll enjoy the flexibility of telehealth, the autonomy to set your own schedule, and the support of a mission‑driven organization focused on your clinical success.

What You’ll Do

• Provide individual therapy via secure telehealth to a diverse caseload.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence‑based approaches such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness‑based therapy, or EMDR.
• Collaborate with psychiatric providers and other clinicians to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using a HIPAA‑compliant EHR.
• Participate in team consults and optional continuing education opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

• Active, unrestricted license as an LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT in Texas.
• Minimum of 1 year of post‑licensure clinical experience preferred.
