Job summary

Optum Behavioral Care, embedded within Summit Medical Group's primary care practice, seeks a Behavioral Health Clinician to serve adults and children aged 10 and up. In the Collaborative Care Model, you will work with primary care providers and psychiatric consultants to deliver coordinated, brief, evidence-based therapy during in-person visits and via telehealth.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee behavioral health license (LCSW, LMSW, LPC-MHSP, or LMFT)
• 1+ years of behavioral health treatment experience

• Ability to provide brief, evidence-based interventions in a multidisciplinary care environment
