Qualifications

• Current licensure by the State of Arkansas (LCSW, LAC, LPC, LMSW or PhD).
• Master's degree in psychology/social work or related field.
• Minimum two years behavioral health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate social services integration in patient care.
• Provide psychosocial assessments and participate in treatment planning and discharge planning.
• Deliver inpatient/outpatient therapy (group, individual, family).
• Facilitate communication with physicians, staff, and community providers.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, state health dept and other standards.
